(AllHipHop News) Revered Hip-Hop duo Group Home is slated to release a tribute album to late Gang Starr Foundation member, Guru. The pair will pay homage to Guru by releasing Gifted Unlimited Rhymes Universal, this September. Group Home, which consists of Lil Dap and Melachi The Nutcracker, appeared on several of Gang Starr’s albums, including 1992’s Hard to Earn and Guru’s Ill Kid Records’ compilation (“So Called Friends”).Additionally, they released Livin’ Proof, a classic Hip-Hop album in 1995 on Guru’s record label, Ill Kid Records. Gifted Unlimited Rhymes Universal will feature guest appearances by legendary rapper Jeru The Damaja, Lord Jamar of Brand Nubian and an exclusive track featuring the late Guru, who died April 19th from cancer. Gifted Unlimited Rhymes Universal is due in stores worldwide on September 28th.
