(AllHipHop News) Despite Lauryn Hill’s announced illness during yesterday’s Rock The Bells Tour in Washington, D.C., the former Fugees’ member came out after A Tribe Called Quest and rocked the stage. Fans became angry when concert organizers announced that Lauryn Hill would not be able to play due to the illness. Though her line-up of songs was not the full set she has been performing during other legs of the Rock The Bell jaunt, she performed a short selection of music including “Ex Factor” and The Fugees classic “Fu-Gee-La.” Queens, New York rapper Nas joined Ms. Hill on stage for their 1996 hit “If I Ruled The World” and the two closed out her segment of the show.Hill was allegedly suffering from dehydration and a sore throat at today’s concert in Washington, DC. The evening’s highlights came via Snoop Dogg, KRS-One and A Tribe Called Quest, who brought out Busta Rhymes.Wu Tang Clan, also performed with the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s son, Boy Jones.
