(AllHipHop News) Four years after releasing 12 mixtapes in a calendar year, Brooklyn born rapper Sha Stimuli has announced plans via video to release 12 EPs in 2012.

In 2008, Sha released 12 mixtapes, including The Wire, Love Jones, The Secret, While You Were Sleeping, Verses the World, Hotter Than July (A Tribute to Stevie Wonder), The Funeral, Never Or Now EPThe Break-Up, Please Download My Demo, and two versions of March On Washington.

Stimuli is dubbing this 12-month release as “The Rent Tapes,” and he began last month with the release of the 14-track mixtape, The Calling, which featured production from Focus and appearances by LeLa Biz and Danny Sky High. The second Rent Tapes project, The Chills, is set to drop next Wednesday (February 29).
