EXCLUSIVE: Juvenile To Collaborate With Lil Wayne On “Rejuvenation”; Talks Hot Boys Reunion

EXCLUSIVE: JUVENILE PLANS HIS “REJUVENATION” WITH A HOT BOY REUNION ON HIS RADAR

(AllHipHop News) Juvenile returned to S.O.B.’s in New York City recently for his first solo performance in eight years, where he not only performed some of hits, but he brought the energy to a packed house of his biggest East Coast fans.

Juvenile left his recording home of Cash Money Records in 2003, following the release of his platinum-certified sixth studio album, Juve the Great, to create his own label, UTP.

Ties with Cash Money were never fully severed, however, as Juvenile, with hits like “Back That Azz Up,” “Slow Motion,” and “Ha,” has gone on record with AllHipHop.com to say that he will be working with Lil Wayne on his upcoming 10th studio album, Rejuvenation, along with DJ Khaled and Drake.

Having been pushed back several times, Rejuvenation’s delays may have been made so Juvenile can secure other heavy-hitters such as Jadakiss, Jay-Z, and Jay Electronica, who Juve told XXL is “off the muthaf*ckin’ chain.”

Currently, Rejuvenation is scheduled for a June 19 release on UTP/Rap-A-Lot/Young Empire.

In addition to the news about the album features, Juvenile briefly spoke to AllHipHop.com about the long-gestating Hot Boys reunion rumors – despite Cash Money co-founder Bryan “Birdman” Williams recently telling GlobalGrind that the reunion “isn’t on my radar.”

The Hot Boys, which consisted of Juvenile, B.G., Lil Wayne, and Turk, were one of Cash Money’s biggest draws in the late ’90s and early ’00s, and they released three albums together during their six-year relationship. The group officially disbanded in 2001 but made appearances together several years later.
