Milton Harris trains the best of the best in Houston, Texas. From rappers to ballers and everyone in between, Milton is the go-to guy for getting in shape and feeling rich. Here are some of his tips for diet and exercise. We dare you to try them and NOT see results:

All these should be done in this order to equal 1 set. 3 sets is your goal.

Deadlifts 15 reps
Barbell rows 15 reps
Pull ups 15 reps

Lunges with dumbbells for 20 reps
Leg extensions 20 reps.

All these should be done in this order to equal 1 set. 3 sets is your goal.

One arm dumbbell rows 15 reps each
Machine pull ups with weight 15 reps
Jumping lunges with dumbbells 20 reps

All these should be done in this order to equal 1 set. 4 sets is your goal

Revers lunges with dumbbells 20 reps
One leg hops side to side 20 reps each leg

Drink a protein shake immediately after your workout.  Congrats! You should Feel Rich!
