(AllHipHop News) The San Francisco Police Department has revealed that 2 Chainz was robbed around 4:30 PM in San Francisco, CA on June 9, confirming the AllHipHop Rumors initial report.
The police discovered 2 Chainz after responding to a call about shots being fired in the area. Video surveillance footage allegedly shows 2 Chainz being the target of a robbery.
Also an interesting caveat of the video surveillance footage from a TMZ source reportedly shows that once the incident occurred, 2 Chainz’s entourage of 14 people “ran away from the incident like “cockroaches running from a flashlight.”
The police department says 2 Chainz stated he wanted to handle the matter himself and states he was only robbed of a wallet.

Early reports were rampant with rumors that the rapper may have been harmed or robbed of his trademark, two gold necklaces.
2 Chainz went on to perform at a concert in the Bay area later that night.
