(AllHipHop News) After dropping only one album between August 2005 and August 2009, R. Kelly returns with Black Panties, his fourth album in the past four years.
Black Panties is scheduled to be released on December 10th, however R. Kelly has decided to stream his 11th studio album free of charge. The album includes the 2 Chainz-assisted “My Story”, the seductive “All The Way” collaboration with Kelly Rowland along with other appearances from Ludacris and Jeezy.
