There’s another Nikki and her name’s not Minaj. Nikki Lynette has been quietly cranking out soulful, rock-inflected jams for years. The young Chicagoan’s decidedly counter culture mantra is wholly different than the images of Chi Town that populate the news.
Well, Nikki is back and she’s got a powerful soul ballad ironically called “Disappear.”
