JESSE JACKSON JR TRANSFERRED TO NEW PRISON AFTER BEING PLACED IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT FOR ADVISING INMATES OF RIGHTS

(AllHipHop  News) Jesse Jackson Jr’s use of the law has got him in trouble once again. the imprisoned former Chicago congressman has been transferred to a minimum security prison after a prison dispute that led to him being placed in solitary confinement.

According to a source with Chicago Sun Times, Jackson Jr was placed into solitary confinement after an prison guard took exception to him advising fellow inmates on their rights in prison. The North Carolina federal prison Jackson Jr was transferred from, did not have a drug and alcohol program and Jackson Jr suffers from bipolar disorder and depression.

Jackson Jr was transferred to FPC Montgomery and his family states it was a “medical move”. Rev Jesse Jackson spoke on his son maintaining his medical recovery during his prison stint:

He’s been very disciplined in his health-recovery regimen. He’s been doing a lot of reading and writing.

Jackson entered prison last year for illegal use of $750,000 of campaign money and is scheduled to be released December 2015.
