The Game Announces Release Date For "The Documentary 2" Album

GAME WARNS OTHER ARTISTS TO STAY CLEAR OF HIS RELEASE DATE FOR “THE DOCUMENTARY 2” LP

(AllHipHop News) Back in 2005, The Game burst onto the mainstream Hip Hop scene with his debut studio album The Documentary. A decade later the Los Angeles emcee is ready to release the sequel to his multiple platinum selling LP in the form of The Documentary 2.

Game announced the released date for The Documentary 2 on his Instagram page. He posted a picture of himself in the studio working. The caption for the photo presented new information about some of his future projects which included revealing his 6th studio album is dropping exactly ten years to the day of the original The Documentary – January 18th.

The IG caption read:

Hood morning (no typo): Spent the last 48 hours in the studio putting the final touches on #YearOfTheWolf & even though the date is pushed until Oct 14th I can promise my fans this #BloodMoney album will be better than anything else dropping this year ! Thanks for everyone who was apart of it & shout to my hittas @OfficialYonni &@MoussaGArt for grinding with to make the last minute changes to put this album in the can….. #YearOfTheWolf is finally done !!!!! Now on to “The Documentary 2” dropping January 18th…. Exactly 10 years from “The Documentary”….. Nobody is f**king with 2 !!!!!!!!! So don’t drop nowhere near me….. You’ve been warned !
