Over the years, Hip-Hop has become the home of the fickle fan. With new rappers replacing the ones that come and go weekly, keeping your core fans happy, while attracting news ones, and thus achieving longevity as an artist feels a lot more like fiction than fact. But every once in awhile, someone comes a long and breaks the mold, shattering the perception that rappers aren’t meant to be rockstars.
Thankfully, AHH was lucky enough to catch two such artists down at the yearly music conference A3c in Atlanta Georgia. Southern icons and Hip-Hop legends 8Ball & MJG took a break from meeting and greeting their many fans to sit with AHH’s @MrMecc and give us the secret to their personal fountain of youth.
