According to the Detroit Free Press, Cordell “Yae Yae Jordan” Jones was taken into custody in Detroit last week. Yae Yae is accused of being involved in the September 20th shooting at the Déjà Vu nightclub in Highland Park. One person was killed and several others injured.

Yae Yae was on the run since the incident and was placed on the “Michigan’s Most Wanted” list two weeks ago. Citizens reported information about Yae Yae’s whereabouts to the Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team. He maintains that he did not commit the crime.

The 18-year-old Michigan native linked with Glo Gang this summer. He appeared on the track “Strapped (Remix)” with Chief Keef and Yns Cheeks. Keef dropped his original imprint Glory Boyz Entertainment earlier this year and founded the Glo Gang label in its place.
