It was announced back in June that hitmaker Pharrell Williams would be gracing the Hollywood Walk of Fame with his own star. The star is set to be unveiled to the Pharrell and the public on Dec. 4th at 11:30 p.m PST time.
When it was first revealed that the Oscar-nominee would be getting his own spot, the committee regarded Pharrell as one of the best, along with Pitbull who is also getting his own star.
“We know that the new selections represent the best of the entertainment industry,” said Maureen Schultz the chair of the Hollywood Walk Of Fame Selection Committee. [They] will be a great addition to the Walk of Fame for both the Hollywood community fans from around the world who visit Hollywood every year.”
The Voice mentor’s brass star will be the 2,537 star in the lineup along Hollywood Blvd.
