On Dek Entertainment artist Quilly is one of the latest artists to begin transcendence out of the City of Brotherly Love. Having released the initial self-titled mixtape last July, Quilly built off the initial buzz and capitalized with “Real One” — a one-off single that was well received by the streets. Unwilling to let his name disappear from circulation, the Philadelphia rapper is back with Quilly 2. The 14-track mixtape comes with features from Meek Mill’s Dream Chaser artist Guordan Banks, fellow On Dek Ent. artists City Rominiecki and S#### O, as well as Remy Ma and Papoose who appear on the official “Real One” remix.
