Pharrell Williams & Shae Haley Speak On Making New N.E.R.D Tracks For SpongeBob Movie

N.E.R.D’S NEW SONG “SQUEEZE ME” IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE

(AllHipHop News) Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo, and Shae Haley have reunited as N.E.R.D for the new track “Squeeze Me.” The new single is part of the soundtrack for the upcoming The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water. The trio also contributed the songs “Patrick Star” and “Sandy Squirrel” for the project.

“We loved going into studio to make music for this film,” says Pharrell. “I am one of SpongeBob’s biggest fans—can’t wait for everyone to hear the songs.”

Shae Haley adds, “It was a complete honor to be a part of this project. SpongeBob and N.E.R.D. share the same belief that imagination is the key to everything.”

The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water is scheduled for nationwide release February 6 via Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies. N.E.R.D’s “Squeeze Me” is now available on iTunes and Spotify.
