Slick Rick has been one of the most influential hip hop artists to touch a microphone. Many artists, even including Snoop Dogg himself, has been influenced by the Brooklyn-based rapper. This also goes for Queens rapper, Nas, who performed the classic “Children’s Story” with Rick.The two rapped the song during Rick’s 50th Birthday party in Brooklyn, New York. In the video, you see the Illmatic rapper performed with Rick in a fun manner, with both emcee’s cluster of gold chains making it the performance look like an old school 80’s hip hop concert.
