NICKI’S EX: I’M NOT A BITTER BIRD CORNBALL

(AllHipHop News) Ever since a very public breakup with Nicki Minaj, Safaree has turned his focus to his own music career. He recently released his mixtape It Is What It Is, and he dropped by Los Angeles’ Power 106 to discuss the project.

During the interview, Saf was asked if he would be interested in collaborating with one of his favorite artists – Lil Wayne. He conceded that a musical union with his ex-girlfriend’s boss was probably unlikely.

“That’s a conflict of interest. That wouldn’t happen,” said Safaree. “I wouldn’t even try to do that.”

Safaree was also asked about another performer closely tied to Nicki. The Young Money rhymer is now romantically linked to Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill. Host Yesi Ortiz wanted to know Safaree’s thoughts on Meek’s music.

“I like that [‘Off The Corner’] and the [‘The Get Back’] song,” the New Yorker stated. “One thing about me, I’m not a hater… I’m nota  bitter bird cornball.”
