Los Angeles Lakers star Nick Young is entering a court battle with a woman who has accused of him of rape, TMZ reports.
Young was hit was a lawsuit in 2013 by his accuser who alleges he slipped her a date rape at a Hollywood bar and then took her to his home and raped her in 2011. Before she filed the lawsuit, the police investigated her claim and then dismissed it due to her story being flawed.
The woman is suing the 29-year-old for $3 million saying she has endured emotional distress and lost money. Swaggy P is refusing to give in to the lawsuit with a settlement and has decided to fight it out to prove his innocence. A hearing is scheduled this month.
