Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown And More Receive BET Nominations

PEEP WHO WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO TAKE HOME A BET AWARD THIS YEAR

The nominations for the 2015 BET Awards have been announced and Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown lead the pack with six apiece.  Breezy received nods under categories like Best Male R&B/Pop Artist, Best Collaboration, the Coca-Cola Viewer’s Choice Award and Video of the Year. “Loyal” and “New Flame”  landed in some categories twice, giving the X crooner a greater chance at winning. Nicki Minaj snagged nominations for Video of the Year, Best Female Hip-Hop Artist, the Coca-Cola Viewer’s Choice Award and Best Group (Young Money).

Beyonce also scored four nominations along with Lil’ Wayne.  Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole will battle it out for the Best Male Hip-Hop Artist while Bobby Shmurda, Rae Sremmurd, Fetty Wap and Dej Loaf are up against each other for Best New Artist.
