A photographer is slapping Rick Ross with a lawsuit for using one of his photos of Jay Z without his permission, TMZ reports. In his video for Rick and Jay’s “Movin’ Bass” collab, a pic snapped by Armen Djerrahian back in 2003 appeared for a milli-second in the video.
Djerrahian is now suing for the profits that Def Jam made from the usage of the photo as well as a court order forbidding them from using the image again. How much Def Jam has made off of the photo has not been revealed.
