(AllHipHop News) At one point, G-Unit was the biggest rap group in the world. 50 Cent, Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks, Young Buck, The Game, and DJ Whoo Kid had fans from the East Coast to North Africa. One of those admirers was the son of former Libya leader Muammar Gaddafi.

Whoo Kid reflected on his times with Al-Saadi Gaddafi in an article for the Miami New Times. After partying with the likes of Al Pacino’s daughter’ Julie at the Toronto Film Festival, Whoo Kid was invited to ride with Al-Saadi to a private hotel event.

“So I get in the car, and they’re all, like, models. These aren’t security dudes. These are all models, but they all have Uzis,” said the host of Sirius/XM Radio’s Hollywood Saturdays. “I get there, and I see a mountain of cocaine. I’ve never seen so much cocaine in my life.”

On another occasion in Italy, Al-Saadi apparently told 50 Cent he liked the rapper’s outfit. The ex-commander of the Libyan special forces was willing to pay six figures for the clothes.

“Yo, man I never saw 50 Cent butt-ass naked so fast [laughs],” Whoo Kid recalled. “I think [Al-Saadi] paid like $350,000 for that outfit, and he wore it the next time we saw him.”

As part of the Arab Spring revolution in the Middle East, Muammar Gaddafi was deposed from power during the 2011 Libyan Civil War. He was put to death later that year. Al-Saadi Gaddafi was arrested in Niger in 2014 and extradited back to Libya.
