There’s something about R&B/Soul musician BJ the Chicago Kid that you just gotta respect.. It’s a cold city and there’s so much to that goes down in the streets of Chi-Town and somehow BJ is able to convey all of it in his music. With his lyrics and raspy voice that reminds you of the good ol’ days of R&B like your parents talk about. Ever since “Studio” with Schoolboy Q its like everything that BJ touches turns to solid gold soul.
