San Diego’s own, Ta’East goes into uncharted territory with his new single WithTheShit as he shows off his whit and wordplay as producer Cairo Mayeson provides hard 808’s and strings sampled from the film Under the Skin. While WithTheShit was originally leaked by Virgil Abloh (Flat-White) on KNOW-WAVE radio then later put in rotation by Benji B on BBC Radio 1, Ta’East gives us the CDQ version from upcoming his EP, Okay, I’m Ready.
Ta’East is an LA transplant via San Diego and originally born in Kentucky. In the past he’s worked with the likes of G.O.O.D. Music’s Travis Scott, Hit-Boy, BJ The Chicago Kid, Skeme, Preston Harris and other notable artists. Extending his reach overseas, Benji B co signed him and played a few of his records on BBC 1 which generated some buzz for the budding rapper and landed him on Hypetrak.
