Back in the day 2 Live Crew’s music was as controversial as it gets. Eventually As Nasty As They Want To Be was deemed safe for sale and it peaked at #29 on the Billboard 200 and number 3 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop albums chart. A few Canadian retailers were even arrested for selling the project, but it went down in history as one of the most controversial projects ever.
