Recently an African-American teenager named Jason Goolsby was arrested by tatted up white police officers in Washington, D.C..
Seen below in footage from CNN, the teen can be heard screaming and asking his friend to take his stuff.
Now the gripping footage of the young teen crying out in pain as officers twist his hand behind his back has gone viral and has since sparked protests in D.C. by the #BlackLivesMatter movement.
Ironically enough, the young teen is a rapper who raps about positivity, promoting education in his raps.
According to CNN, the two teens were stopped after they matched the description of two robbery suspects.
