Diddy Kicks Off 1st Day Of REVOLT Music Conference With Insightful Panels, Yacht Party, & Epic Concert

DAY 1 SETS THE TONE FOR AN AMAZING CONFERENCE.

REVOLT TV kicked off the first day of the second annual 2015 REVOLT Music Conference (RMC) in a major way at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach. Themed, “The Merging of Music, Technology and Innovation, “ the 2015 RMC allowed attendees to personally interact with leaders from both the music and technology industry, gain insight and knowledge from industry trailblazers, and enjoy exclusive musical performances.

Some of the industry’s biggest names took the stage on Friday, including keynote speakers Frank Cooper (Chief Marketing and Chief Content Officer at Buzzfeed), Keith Clinkscales (CEO of REVOLT), panelists Jay Brown (Co-Founder and CEO of Roc Nation), NO ID (EVP of A&R at Def Jam Records), Breyon Prescott (EVP of A&R and Head of Urban A&R at Epic Records), David Banner (Artist/Producer/Actor), Derek Ferguson (Chief Operating Officer at REVOLT), Sickamore, Vice President, A&R and Creative Director at Epic Records, and many more.

Keith Clinkscales’s also held an insighftul Q&A with social media influencer YesJulz as he talked openly about the direction and future plans of the REVOLT network. Sean “Diddy” Combs made an impromptu appearance at The Lost Art of A&R Panel.

Perhaps the highlights of day 1 were the RMC concert headlined by Puff Daddy & The Family!. Diddy brought out quite a few surprise guests including Lil’ Wayne, Lil’ Kim, Busta Rhymes, French Montana, Los, and Christian Combs. Before Diddy performed his classic hits and rocked the stage with his new single “Workin’,” Dej Loaf, Jidenna, Ace Hood and Post Malone held it down on the stage as well.

Andre Harrell told conference attendees early on that in addition to the learning experiences, the fun would not stop as well. The concert was followed by the exclusive Apple Yacht Party which featured special performances from Rick Ross and Nas on board the SeaFair Miami.
