(AllHipHop News) It has been a big year for Texas performer Tyshon “T-Wayne” Nobles. His single “Nasty Freestyle” was a Top 10 hit on the Billboard charts after it became a viral hit on social media. However, new allegations of sexual assault may cause T-Wayne’s 2015 to take a turn for the worse.

According to TMZ, T-Wayne is accused of raping a 22-year-old woman he met through Instagram. The woman claims the Who Is Rickey Wayne? mixtape creator flew her to Houston in July and then forced himself on her.

The website reports:

The woman tells TMZ she and T went to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and when they returned to her hotel room she says he got aggressive, trying to guilt her into having sex. When she refused, she says he pinned her down and had sex with her.

Supposedly, the woman filed a police report and an investigation is ongoing. She asserts the delay in reporting the alleged incident was a result of being in shock and finding it hard to process the situation.

T-Wayne has not commented on the rape accusations as of press time. His last original Twitter/Instagram posts are below. One IG picture includes the caption, “lately they been trying to stop me.”
