(AllHipHop News) Last week news broke about Flint, MI’s contaminated water supply. Since the initial announcement Hip-Hop has responded with action. Everyone from Meek Mill, to Diddy, to Big Sean, and most recently, Game has responded with a donation of resources for the parched citizens.

Transforming his concern into a blessing, today (Jan. 26), through his personal Instagram account, Game announced that he and Avita Water have teamed up to help with the American tragedy. After joining forces with The Robin Hood Project, the Left Coast lyricist and Avita Water have vowed to donate $1 M to those in need — with $500,000 coming directly from his own bank account.

While working on tour Game is currently traveling outside of the United States. Multiple factors encouraged Game to demonstrate his generosity. Given that his younger sister’s family resides in the area and a caring compassion helped to solidify his decision to give. He will donate all of the proceeds from his current tour to help Flint’s citizens obtain clean water.

The lengthy IG post went on to specify about how the water will be dispersed. When detailing the anticipated donation Game wrote,”the 1st drop is being made TODAY 1pm eastern time at “Food Bank East Michigan” 2300 Lapeer Road flint Michigan 48503.” He would share more info, “the 1st drop will be 1400 cases of water equaling about 33,000 bottles today & everyday that follows until 1,000,000 bottles of water are dropped !!!!”

Although he applauds the efforts from other celebrities the outspoken wordsmith has summoned his peers to action. “You’re not fooling ANYONE ! I seen @Madonna & @JimmyFallon‘s $10,000 donations… that’s cute, but not nearly enough,” he chastised. “So I challenge both & anyone else in the world to match me & DONATE $1,000,000 in bottled water to Flint, Michigan,” continuing his passionate plea Game then asked, “& we want proof, shipping order receipts, bank wire receipts, pictures etc…No more pretending to give a f**k…”
