THE AWARD-WINNING BUSINESSMAN IS THROWING A PARTY TO CELEBRATE HIS NEW BOOK ‘THE POWER OF BROKE’

(AllHipHop News) FUBU co-founder and Shark Tank star Daymond John is making an appearance on the WE tv reality series David Tutera’s CELEBrations. The episode features John meeting with Tutera in order to organize a “rags-to-riches” themed event celebrating the release of his latest literary work.

“When I wanted to throw a surprise event for my top social media fans around the launch of my new book The Power of Broke, there was only one party planner I could turn to,” John tells AllHipHop.com. “David Tutera is a true entrepreneur himself and created a thriving business through hard work and resourcefulness. He is the best and I could not have been happier.”

The Power of Broke focuses on John’s experiences as an entrepreneur and branding consultant. In addition, the book provides a peek behind-the scenes from the set of Shark Tank and highlights stories of dozens of other entrepreneurs.

John is also the author of the two best-selling books Display of Power and The Brand Within. The 47-year-old businessman has received over 35 awards including the Brandweek Marketer of the Year, Advertising Age Marketing 1000 Award for Outstanding Ad Campaign, and Ernst & Young’s New York Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2015, the White House appointed John as the Global Ambassador of Entrepreneurship as part of the PAGE Program.
