(AllHipHop News) Aside from a few movie roles like the recent Barbershop: The Next Cut, we haven’t heard too much from Grammy Award winning femcee Eve since her marriage to billionaire Maximillion Cooper.
But this weekend Eve, former Baywatch actor David Hasselhoff and DJ Afrojack will celebrate the start of the 2016 Gumball 3000 car race.
Its an unlikely trio, but Eve’s husband is the CEO of Gumball 3000 and it’s where Eve and Maximilllion met in 2010.
Max’s Gumball 3000 is an Entertainment Group, founded in 1999, with its headquarters located in London, England. Cooper’s vision was to create an aspirational lifestyle brand that combined automobiles, art and popular culture.
“It’s fun, we’re driving together for his company Gumball 3000. That’s how I met him. That’s a test for a relationship, drive 300 miles. Trust me, we’ve done it three years in a row,” she told People about her relationship with Maximillion.
“Honesty and loyalty. You know we take it day by day, month by month,” she said of her husband who has an estimated worth of over $50 million.
“We respect each other; we are the realest. It’s the realest relationship I’ve ever had. He’s my homie. All those sound like cliches, but really it’s working.”
Every year the Gumball 3000 rally draws drivers from more than 30 countries who drive approximately 120 vintage cars and sports cars including Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Bentley and Rolls Royce.
No word on if Eve will be performing some of her songs with Afrojack, but it’s likely to be a lit party with David Hasselhoff at the helm.
