(AllHipHop News) The South Carolina Waffle House customer who ended up in a physical altercation with Juvenile after he reportedly remarked “here come the hoes now” as Juvie entered the restaurant with his wife, has decided not to press charges.
However, the man told TMZ.com that he is indeed planning to sue Juvenile for the beatdown.
The altercation with the man in South Carolina occurred during a stop on “The Legends of Hip-Hop Tour. The customer, asked not to be identified, claimed he suffered facial cuts, along with kidney and rib injuries.
