Many wonder how anyone could support Donald Trump, especially minority voters. A few black Trump supporters were asked on CNN how could they possibly vote and support Donald Trump. The interviewer wanted to know in particular how could black voters vote for Donald Trump, the man that we’ve all heard will do nothing for people of color in this country. One of the supporters said,
“He’s kind of got a Hip Hop swagger to him, and I think people like that. He’s all about money and entrepreneurship. There were a lot of people before he was a candidate who are black American and famous and they loved him. I think that there are a lot of people in the closet who also love him. Job competition and job scarcity issues like that he’s actually addressing those issues. That’s going to help black Americans.”
