Drake’s Mansion Plans Approved – Blueprint For Star’s House Released To The Public

DRAKE GETS THE GREENLIGHT FOR MASSIVE MANSION

(AllHipHop News) Drake’s ambitious plan to tear down a bungalow in a ritzy area of Toronto and rebuild it with a massive mansion has been approved.

The rapper was linked to a corporation that recently purchased just over 2 acres of land in the Bridle Path neighborhood of Toronto for $6.7 million.

Drake reportedly bought the property through a numbered company with business associates, in an attempt to conceal his ownership.

But the plans have become public – literally – because the proposed mansion was being built too big.

A municipal panel was required to approve the new construction, which happened earlier this week, on May 26.

According to the Toronto Star, two residents in the neighborhood attended the meeting to voice their disapproval of the mansion’s construction.

But they changed their minds, after seeing the blueprints for a new, scaled down, two-story mansion with an attached garage with custom landscaping, to ensure everyone’s privacy.

Even though Drake adjusted the size, the mansion is still massive, at 21,000 square feet.

The house will be custom built with an NBA sized basketball court, a jersey museum that will feature other valuable artifacts, a hot tub on the roof and more.

Drake’s attempt to remain secretive by using Future The Prince as the President of the numbered company that bought the property have been completely thwarted.

An article about the mansion also came with all of the blueprints of the rapper’s entire residence.
