PREMIERE: Quan Re-Enters The Game By Tackling A Remix To “Poppin” In New Visuals (VIDEO)

THE VA SINGER-RAPPER IS WORKING ON A NEW ALBUM

(AllHipHop News) Back in 2004, rapper/singer Quan grabbed the attention of Hip Hop fans by appearing on Nas’ single “Just A Moment” off the Street’s Disciple album.

The Virginia wordsmith is now on the verge of re-entering the game with his own LP.

Before the studio album gets released, Donferquan warmed up his followers with the 11-track www.donferquan.com project. The collection features several high-profile guests as well as Quan’s version of Rico Richie’s breakout cut “Poppin.”

“I took Rico Richie’s ‘Poppin’ record and made it my own on my www.donferquan.com mixtape which has features from Pusha T, Ace Hood, and Rapper Pooh,” says Quan. “It’s just an appetizer to hold fans over for my Point Of No Return LP coming soon.”

The video for “Poppin Remix” has arrived as well. Chip Stackin’ of No Days Off directed Quan’s latest visuals set in Hampton, Virginia.
