Former Employee Launches New Lawsuit Against Bryan “Birdman” Williams

FORMER EMPLOYEE SAYS BIRDMAN’S STIFFING HIM ON OVERTIME PAY!

(AllHipHop News) Hip-Hop mogul Bryan “Birdman”’ Williams is facing a second lawsuit from a former employee who accused him of failing to pay overtime compensation.

Javier Nuno sued the Cash Money Records label boss in August of 2015, claiming he worked for him from September, 2012, to February, 2015, and was supposed to be paid a monthly salary of $4,000.

In the lawsuit, Nuno claimed his hourly rate was $25 for a 40-hour work week, but he worked in excess of 30 hours of overtime each week totalling $48,400 in extra pay.

He also claimed he did not receive compensation for his regular work and was seeking $355,000 in unpaid wages and damages.

In December of 2015, Nuno filed legal papers claiming he was unable to serve Birdman and asked for more time.

However, in February 2016, he voluntarily dismissed the case.

Nuno has now launched a new lawsuit against Williams and is now seeking a total of $308,000. Nuno is seeking a total of $154,000 in overtime and unpaid wages and an equal amount in damages.
