“I’m not trying, I will. The paperwork gotta be right,” said Galette about his plans to bail out the Brooklyn based crew. “I love their music.”

According to Galette, GS9 affiliate Corey Finesse is already signed to him. The former Temple University standout discussed how he is attempting to officially add Abillyon to his roster of artists as well.

Several people connected to GS9, including “Hot N-gga” performer Bobby Shmurda, have been facing various criminal charges over the last several years.

In May, Rashid Derissant was hit with a 98 year sentence for a 2013 murder. Alex “A-Rod” Cranden was later sentenced to 53 years for murder as well.

Shmurda was arrested for murder conspiracy, reckless endangerment, and more in 2014. The Epic Records signee has been detained on a $2 million bail since his arraignment.
