Talib Kweli Responds To Racism Claims By White Rappers Diabolic and Remedy With “You Tried It”

TALIB KWELI GOES IN ON DIABOLIC IN NEW DISS TRACK!

(AllHipHop News) Rapper Talib Kweli has struck back at rapper Diabolic in a growing feud that started on Twitter over white rappers and their opposing views on racism.

The argument began when Wu-Tang affliate Remedy asked Talib Kweli if he was “pro black, racist, or both.” Diabolic weighed in during the back-and-forth over the matter.

Things got a little tense when Talib labeled Diabolic a “b####” for generalizing his views on white rappers, a claim which he adamantly denied.

Talib went on to pen an essay on the subject on Medium.com, and mentioned Remedy and Diabolic by name, which did not go over well with Diabolic.

Yesterday (June 24), Diabolic released the song “InKwelity” which set Twitter a buzz, and immediately drew calls for the Brooklyn emcee to reply.

Well, Talib did not waste a moment, with the release of a thunderous diss record aimed at both Diabolic and Remedy titled “You Tried It.”

Talib goes in on Diabolic for allegedly stealing money from his fans, labels him “Diaperbolic” and says the rapper is a hypocrite for not addressing the murders of young black men, in reply to Diabolic’s lines on Kweli’s interaction with Don Lemon in Ferguson, Missouri.

And for good measure, Talib drops a verse at Remedy, while urging Immortal Technique and Wu-Tang to come get their affiliates.
