(AllHipHopNews) Sean Kingston is suing Penthouse Nightclub & Dayclub in L.A. for at least $900,000 for allowing its security to rob and assault him for $300K worth of jewelry.
According to reports from TMZ, Kingston claims he was in the V.I.P section when security at the West Hollywood club told him another guest in V.I.P. wanted to speak with him.
As he approached the individual he says in the report that he was struck with a champagne bottle, assaulted, and robbed of his chains.
By the time the cops were called Sean Kingston and the two suspects had already left the venue.
This is not the first time Kingston has been robbed of his jewelry, as the singer claimed to be kidnapped by a jeweler in a dispute over a $225,000 watch in an incident investigated and dismissed by the LAPD last year.
