It looks like T.I. has a serious case on his hands as he is facing a lawsuit from former employees of his Scales 925 restaurant in Atlanta, GA.
According to the AJC, The plaintiffs have quit due to the restaurant management refusing to give them their final paychecks! The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Atlanta against T.I. and his business partner Charles Hughes, as well as the restaurant management group.
The former employees claim that Hughes used Scales LLC to create bank accounts for payroll. However, he would allegedly deposit money from Scales into his personal account causing payroll checks to bounce.
The plaintiffs are also claiming that they would work overtime but were never paid for it. Uh oh Tip! We hope he is able to get this sorted out!
