(AllHipHop News) Wale made sure to put family first Friday night as he canceled his concert in Brooklyn due to the birth of his first child.
According to reports the Washintgon DC rapper’s girlfriend Chloe Alexis gave birth to a baby girl Friday (July 22) at a New York City hospital.
The MC was scheduled to perform at the Barclay’s Center for the One Africa Music Fest before receiving the very fortunate news.
It’s also reported that the delivery of Wale’s newborn baby girl was very long, as his girl went into labor Wednesday.
The name for the newborn is not yet determined.
On the music side of things, the MMG representative released his mixtape Summer On Sunset June 17 to much critical acclaim.
