Chris Brown Target Of Lawsuit For Alleged Involvement in 2014 Shooting at California’s 1 OAK Nightclub

CHRIS BROWN SUED OVER WILD SHOOTING AGAIN!

(AllHipHop News) R&B star Chris Brown is the subject of a new, as he is being sued once again for his involvement in a shooting that occurred at California’s 1 OAK nighclub in 2014.

According to TMZ, one of the victims of the shooting named Ginja Elms is suing Brown, who served as a host of the event at the venue.

Elms’ lawsuit claims that the singer’s gang affiliation was a cause for the shooting.

Elms also claims that the club’s security should of done a better job screening for weapons, by making sure to pat down every single person entering the venue, including the celebs and their crews.

In addition to Brown, Elms is also suing singer and co-host of the event Pia Mia.

He wants damages in excess of $750K as he says he suffered “disruption in his relationship with his wife.”

Former CEO of Death Row Suge Knight also recently fIke’s a similar lawsuit against the singer and the club, citing the incident as the cause for the current murder charges he faces for running over two men and killing one while reportedly trying to flee an altercation.
