Legendary Group Force MD’s Announce Death Of Group Member Trisco Pearson

R.I.P. TO A LEGEND

(AllHipHop News) Pioneering Hip-Hop group Force MD’s lost another group member with the passing of Trisco Pearson.

Trisco was part of the group, which also consisted of group members Charles “Mercury” Nelson, Jessie Lee Daniels and brothers Stevie D. and Antoine “T.C.D.” Lundy.

The Force MD’s hailed from the Mariners Harbor projects on Staten Island. They honed their skills in the corners of Times Square, where they developed their signature sound, which successfully mashed up Doo-Wop, R&B and Hip-Hop, with unprecedented success.

The Force MD’s sold millions of records thanks to a legendary run of hits that included classics like “Itchin For a Scratch,” “Tears,” “Tender Love,” “Here I Go Again,” “Love Is A House” and others.

They also made a memorable appearance in Russell Simmons’ classic Hip-Hop flick “Krush Groove,” while the single “Tender Love” was a centerpiece of the soundtrack.

The Force MD’s have already lost two of the main group members. Charles Nelson died from a heart attack in 1995, while Antoine Lundy died of Lou Gehrig’s disease in 1998.

Surviving group members Khalil Lundy, Stevie Lundy and Jesse Daniels issued the following statement to AllHipHop.com:
