Sean Kingston Talks About His New Album and Explains Recent Drama and Beef

SEAN KINGSTON TALKS BEEF AND NEW PROJECTS!

(AllHipHop News) R&B singer Sean Kingston was one of the acts who performed at the National Sports Centre in the Bahamas over the weekend, to raise money for victims of Hurricane Matthew.

Artists like Ashanti, Ja Rule, Judah the Lion, and Farmer Nappy gave spirited performances to help the victims of the Island.

In addition to being at the center of drama between Game and Meek Mill’s beef, Sean Kingston recently got into it with Young Thug, who warned him against getting involved in his brewing beef with Soulja Boy.

Sean addressed these issues during an interview with AllHipHop.com.

“Man, it’s like, I don’t even feed into it,” Sean Kingston told AllHipHop.com. “A lot of times, man, you being an artist and people you associate yourself with can bring a certain type of energy.”

Despite the many threats of violence issued and received in his feuds with Soulja, it appears Sean Kingston may be willing to turn the other cheek in the latest round of beef.

“I’m a godly person, I’m just focused on the positive part of it,” Sean Kingston explained.

On a more positive note, Sean Kingston said with it was morally important for him to take part in the Ju Rule and Friends concert, which also featured an assortment of local artists like Peter Ram, Marvy and Allison Hinds.

“Even if it’s a little bit, a little’s always a lot, it’s something good that can come to it, man,” Sean Kingston told AllHipHop.com. “It’s for a good cause so no matter what it is man, I think you should go ahead and donate, push the button and make it happen.”

Sean is currently putting the final touches on his upcoming album, which will be titled Redemption.

Although there was no concrete release date, Sean shared some of the guests who will appear on the album.

“We’re working with a lot of people, man, Wiz Khalifa, Chris Brown, a lot of other artists on there,” Sean Kingston told AllHipHop.com. “It’s going to be amazing. Get ready, stay tuned for that, it’s coming soon.”
