(AllHipHop News) Clothing and lifestyle retailer Kmart has suddenly announced plans to drop Nicki Minaj and her clothing line from their stores.
The revelation comes as Nicki stands embroiled in a ferocious rap feud with Remy Ma.
“Due to a dramatic decrease in sales, Nicki Minaj’s clothing line will soon be discontinued. Items are now 50% off,” Kmart Fashion tweeted with a link to the rappers merchandise.
And Kmart proper confirmed the news stating in response to a comment,”We’re sad to see Nicki leaves us too. :(“
Nicki’s line debuted in 2015 at K-Mart and got rave reviews for the cutting edge line that was meant to attract a younger, urban demographic to the struggling retailer.
Sears, Kmart’s parent company, announced earlier this year that would close 150 Kmart and Sears stores by the spring of 2017.
