Bred from the notorious west side of Compton, Gmac has begun to make a footprint on the West Coast Hip Hop scene. The 27-year-old rapper/hustler/entrepreneur has made a name off of his slick talking rhymes, combined with his effortless aesthetic which embodies his own coined brand “Side N-gga Nation.” Stamped by DJ Carisma as “up next,” the self-proclaimed “Sidest N-gga Ever,” has quietly established a legitimate buzz having independently reached mixshow radio with his single “Started wit a ounce” and a promotional tour which included performances with Migos, Metro Boomin, Lil Uzi Vert, RJ, Yo Gotti and more.
His upcoming project ‘SNN2’ is slated for release in March and dons production from DJ Flipp, Bruce24k, Ohzone, Larry Jayy and De’la, along with features from Chris Obannon, Drakeo, AD, and the quickly spreading single “State 2 State” featuring RJ and Nipsey Hussle.
