Record Store Day To Feature 7″ Vinyl Of André 3000’s Cover Of A Beatles Classic

THE OUTKAST MEMBER’S SINGLE IS ONE OF THE SPECIAL RELEASES COMING IN APRIL

(AllHipHop News) Andre 3000 fans will still have to wait for him to drop a solo project, but they will have the chance to pick up the OutKast member’s cover of a Beatles classic.

Pitchfork reports Sony Legacy is set to release Dre’s version of “All Together Now” as a 7″ single for Record Store Day.

Only five thousand copies of the tune are expected to be available.

A B-side instrumental will also be part of the “All Together Now” release.

Andre 3000’s take on the Beatles’ Yellow Submarine track was originally used as part of a Nike commercial featuring Kobe Bryant that ran during the 2010 NBA Finals.

Record Store Day (April 22) will also feature special releases from The Notorious B.I.G., Run The Jewels, Slick Rick, Banks & Steelz, Big L, Danny Brown, Czarface, Soul Assassins, and many more.
