Pusha T Talks ‘King Push’ Album On Pharrell’s ‘OTHERtone’ Show (VIDEO)

VIRGINIA’S FAM-LAY & D.R.A.M. SAT DOWN FOR THE INTERVIEW TOO

(AllHipHop News) Many Pusha T fans were expecting the G.O.O.D. Music representative to drop his third album King Push in 2016, but the project did not make it to stores last year.

Pusha recently sat down with Pharrell Williams and Scott Vener for their OTHERtone Beats 1 Radio show.

The conversation included the Virgina-bred emcee discussing his upcoming body of work.

“I’m working on my album right now. It’s entitled King Push,” said Pusha T. “I just left Pharrell yesterday, so I’m actually waiting on him to give me these last couple heat rocks.”

Pharrell added, “[The album] is crazy by the way. It’s definitely crazy.”

Pusha T’s solo discography currently consists of 2013’s My Name Is My Name and 2015’s King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude.

As one-half of the Clipse, with his brother No Malice, Push worked extensively with Pharrell for the group’s Lord Willin’ and Hell Hath No Fury LPs.

Fellow Virginia natives Fam-Lay and D.R.A.M. were part of the OTHERtone show as well.
