(AllHipHop News) Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN is well on its way to platinum status.
According to HitsDailyDouble, the album will land at #1 on the sales plus streaming chart for a third straight week.
DAMN is predicted to add another 160,000 – 170,000 units in week three.
That range will give Kendrick’s fourth LP close to 1,000,000 total units to date.
The first week saw DAMN collect 603,000 album-equivalent units.
In week two, the critically acclaimed project picked up another 238,000 units.
K. Dot’s DAMN is now in a tie with Drake’s More Life for holding the #1 position for three weeks in 2017.
Starboy by The Weeknd has spent four weeks in the top spot this year.
