(AllHipHop News) Rapper 40 Glocc could be facing jail time after he was caught allegedly pimping a woman in Minnesota.
According to TMZ.com, 40 Glocc was busted in February, after he drove a prostitute to meet a “John” who had contacted the woman from an ad on Backpage.com.
It turns out the “John” was an undercover cop, who noticed the woman was on a live call when he made the arrest.
Cops said 40 Glocc took off in a car when he noticed the woman being busted, but they caught up with him a short time later, attempting to destroy cell phones.
40 is charged intentionally promoting the prostitution of an individual and one count of inducing an individual to practice prostitution.
