Major Nine Talks Producing For Kodak Black, Rick Ross & Chris Brown And How NFL Interfered With Rap

Some people think of Major Nine as almost like a superhero. He's not just a rapper and music producer, but he also played football as a defensive end for the Cleveland Browns. Nine grew up in the Liberty City area of Miami. His family really valued music and sports, so he got really good at football and also learned how to play nine different instruments, like the piano, trombone, trumpet, and tuba. Major Nine helped write and produce a song for Rick Ross in 2017 called “Apple of My Eye,” which also had Raphael Saadiq in it. He's made a bunch of albums, including Big Tape in 2018, Lil Tape II in 2019, and three in 2020: Unconditional, Chizzim Tape, and No Pain, No Glory. In 2020, Major Nine was also part of the song “Trap Back” on a mixtape by Chris Brown and Young Thug called Slime & B. Now he's back with a new album, Nothin' Major and a new lable, Touch Money The Lable.
